Yoga is like swimming.

You can imagine what it’s like…to plunge in, gliding through the water, floating, splashing around. But you’ll never really know what it feels like until you get in the water.

The depths, the fast-moving currents, still backwaters, rising swells, the gentle bubbling creeks. Yoga is just like that. You just have to jump in and discover for yourself.
