Yoga is like swimming.
You can imagine what it’s like…
But you’ll never really know until you jump into the water!
The depths, the fast-moving currents, still backwaters, rising swells, the gentle bubbling creeks. Yoga is just like that. You just have to jump in and discover for yourself.
My approach to teaching yoga is to meet you where you are at. It is not a goal to be achieved or something you need to be naturally good at.
It is in the practice. That is where the magic begins and the healing capabilities start.
